There's a field just down the road from me that has about 6 or 7 of these guys (well, the non-anthro versions anyway). They're so cool and fluffy, I like to watch them for a bit when I'm passing.

I briefly knew someone that owned a highland bull. The bull was a giant old beast, with thick auburn hair and hooves and bones that creaked and cracked as he moved. He was lovely though - he was soft and gentle, and if you fed him an apple he would take it whole from the palm of your hand and crush it in his jaws. His owner told me that despite his advanced years, he'd still managed to break through the fence and inseminate half the cows in the adjoining field...

I love the look of your pic, he looks like a tough beast indeed, just right for the breed. The windiness is also appropriate for the highlands.
