They're nice and subtle details. Looks pretty good, you have some potential. I've looked at your art for quite a while, and for some reason I see your character as halfway between Riolu and Lucario. =P

Well, the anatomy is pretty good but it needs refining. The waist needs to be a bit wider, as does the lower legs. I like how the veins are barely visible as well.

Well, when you take in mind the intended exageration of muscles it seems you've got a bit better at proportions, though his waist looks a bit narrow, nice detail on having him without pants and that black speedo instead ^///^
