That could be, yeah. Just that neither Chrysalis nor Sombra make a lot of sense. Luna was very eager to accompany Twilight, to help fight Sombra, but Chrysalis just... showed up. It took all of them by surprise, no one but Twilight even realized. Huh, I guess it's just wait and see.
She could just be resurrecting Chrysalis for all you know.
And Twilight did beat her.
You can say Cadance did, but that's like you saying: "John beat the villain!" when I had personally crippled the villain beforehand, picked up a gun, put it in John's hand, cocked it and aimed it for him.
The final shot isn't what is important in the overall scheme of things.

well..i guess your one to throw the whole tolerance thing out the window...and while i disagree with your opinion of her and have yet to meet anyone else who thinks she is a "rude, condescending cunt" nor have i met anyone who liked her and has stopped because of how overpowered she is made out to be(considering how she became celestias student in the first place i think its apt. btw)...anyway...everyone has a right to their own opinion...even if they want to express it so negatively...
You've never met anyone with my opinion? You need to meet more people, I've met dozens. Hell, one of my best friends has her as his 3 favourite ship but even he admits he doesn't like her anymore and when he writes about her, he always sets it within the first season (when she was still likeable).
So you need to widen your horizons and meet more bronies.
Also, me disliking her doesn't stop my 'tolerance' of her, I'm not going around flaming people for liking her or telling people not to. I'm tolerating her by not trolling her pictures. So good work not understanding that.

no...on both accounts...im part of a large brony group in houston 50+ of us meet fairly regularly not to mention the cons ive been to and your kind of tolerance is no bueno if your still going to be so crude in your expression about anything...you seem to be tolerant of the rest and the mane six and their "character flaws"...your negativity about/tward the fictional character is your intolerance...as i said before...being celestias personal student puts her in the position to be "overpowered" even excluding the idea of her being the element of magic not to mention she is always studying to get better...and as far as your feeling on her being condecending...it would be difficult for the show to meet its time slot if she had to wear kid gloves when explaining everything to the other characters...btw i never said i havent meet anyone with your opinion...i said i havent met anyone who liked her at first then started to dislike her
there we go with our tolerances again...lovely personality you have...did your mother teach you that...anyways...like i said...your tolerance is no bueno...you cant be tolerant and mean at the same time...and im willing to bet that most that i know keep their tolerances in check...i have many things i dislike about the show or find to be faults as you put it but keep them to myself unless someone asks...
Totally isn't a sue.
Is the single special student of a Princess/God. Is the most powerful creature in existence pretty much despite there being no real example on why. Even as a child could do an age spell when it took the Alicorn amulet to allow other unicorns to do that. Is said to be socially inept but hasn't been since episode 1. Resolves every problem by herself because her team generally are taken out of the equation instantly in some way. Has a cool creature (a dragon) as a familiar. Her brother is married to a Princess and is the Captain of the Royal Guard.
She's an incredible mary sue based on her personality, history and skill. Doing a looks test (which is usually a big part of sue tests) doesn't work because she's a pony, what is a 'weird' style for them? Hell, pretty much everyone agrees she's a mary sue, even her fans because, well, she just is. Others are too though, like Dash and Pinkie. Fluttershy is some other kind of sue but can't remember which one.
And her being condescending?
1. Lecturing Luna
2. Lecturing Pinkie about babysitting
3. Lecturing Applejack about letting people help her
4. The entire Feeling Pinkie Keen episode
How do you not get this? Twilight herself even says her favourite thing to do is lecture people. If you lecture someone you're being condescending because you act like you know everything. She does this to gods who've lived for thousands of years.
So... yeah.
"IT SOUNDS LIK U HATE MAH WAIFU 4 NO REASON!!!"
How about you think a little more before typing your message next time? You don't seem to know anything about the character you're trying to defend.

Celestia's probably stronger. Luna too. She has OCD like traits. if she were in our world, she probably WOULDN'T have friends. No, that wasn't an age spell. She just supersized him. He was still baby faced. So? it's apparent that strong magic runs in the family. That isn't a big deal.
She has flaws, an awesome relationship with an awesome princess despite them, and anybody can be condescending when their dander's up. Looks can be a factor (have you seen drawfiends? seriously, if we're deciding who's a sue based on that, Chrysalis would be a prime candidate) but usually aren't so much, she doesn't have a backstory filled with tragedy, she doesn't buck tradition, get cast out or persecuted for no good reason (until ACW, which she doesn't get a real apology for), she doesn't really have characters tripping over themselves to be in the bottom half of a relationship with her (in fanon, obviously), the whole mane six have cool creature familiars, except maybe Applejack and Rarity, she's never been responsible for a death, let alone felt guilty over it, and pretty much all that this adds up to is NOT a sue.
Lecturing (all of your first three examples) can be because she cares. Knowledge is a gift, and that is probably the way Twilight herself sees it. She doesn't see it as being condescending, she sees it as sharing. Now, FPK I'll give you, but seriously, a lot of people would have difficulty fitting someone like Pinkie into their world view.
Lecturing =/= acting like you know everything, therefore lecturing =/= condescension.
I mean, we're both being pretty condescending here. Using the arguments that everyone is beautiful in their own way, and the fact that I DO have a tragic backstory that involves rejection, then you could say that I'm technically a sue. Seriously, either of us calling anybody out for being condescending would probably be an example of the pot calling the kettle black.
Ah, as long as I admitted to it, Twilight's my Tsuin. Luna is my Waifu.

Yes, Twilight can be condescending, but that's part of her development. She was flawed and has since stopped being so severe. And I have a simple question. Why is Twilight a Sue because she is powerful? Are you saying there aren't those select few elevated above the rest? Presidents and kings. People of great skill over the others. It's her power over Magic that made her what she was: a student to the best. But, looking at Twilight as she is, her powers come with intense drawbacks. Cockiness sometimes gets the better of her and she's prone to over-thinking. Claiming the power she used as a child is a factor is absurd, as she had no control over it and went into a quasi-comatose state while using it. If anything, that turns her into a ticking time bomb and a danger to all those around her. All Twilight was gifted with was an immense reserve of magic, not unlike Starswirl the Bearded. Unlike Starswirl though, Celestia caught Twi at a young age and attempted to set her along a more productive path to aid her growth.
Twilight earned her control over her childhood and gained her knowledge through a life of study.
You say she isn't socially inept, but how often do you see her talking to anyone without her friends around? Not often. She has five friends and that's it. She is only comfortable while they're around, which is a great sign of social ineptitude without making her a recluse, which wouldn't make for a very god protagonist. Her friends are often taken out of the equation, only to be put back in as the solution. After all, friendship is magic. And... Do you really think Spike is cool? Because it's been shown, quite a few times, he's a selfish jackhole who rarely does anything astounding, aside from being Twilight's secretary. I like Spike, but he's nothing astounding.
Though I can agree with Shining Armor. Him and Caidence are terribly developed characters, obviously thrown out in one of the most poorly written episodes to bring around a grand event. They really are a mistake and should've been developed better, in my opinion.
But all the same, your arguments are less than sound. A sue can be redeemed if given redeeming qualities, which Twilight was skillfully given. In all your argument, you made a point to ignore those qualities that tip her back away from suedom, like weaknesses, flaws and explanations for her powers/intellect. It shows, quite bluntly, that you know there's an argument for her not being a sue and you were trying to blind people by bashing on the good without showing the bad. It's not a very good strategy. Twilight was a Sue. But she has since been redeemed by powerful characterization, development and flaws. Good day.

A suitable response for someone who doesn't have a way to fight back. But either way, an asshole on the internet. Also unusual. Sorry someone tried to give a legitimate response to your argument and you can't think up a sound comeback. Apply 'Egobooster' by bitching online for several more weeks and maybe you'll sleep soundly at night.
