I have NO idea where this came from. I was minding my own business when this popped into my head. There it stayed until I dragged myself out of bed at 2:30 am to get the basic layout down. I hadn't been thinking of anything like this, nor even seen a girl with powered hair in months! Dear brain, stop getting me out of bed for things I don't understand.

There's not even any story behind it. I decided to leave her kind of lanky with big, bare feet. I always have so much fun drawing feet.
