Wow, I didn't think you were gonna start it this soon, but I really like how this is turning out, even for a rough planning sketch!
I love each of their poses (Ace, Rev and Slam especially), and your Slam rework looks awesome to me, so I don't think that there's anything I'd really say needs changing, character-wise. Background looks fine too so far.
