no real development has gone into him except that he is a transvestite, not transgendered, he has sort of two personalities, a quiet and reserved one when dressed as a male, a fun and outgoing one when dressing as a female, overall he is friendly to everyone who will have him, he is bi, and unattatched on purpose.
I'm sure I will work with him further, just had to get him out of my head.
