Tom was feeling a bit sick this morning, a strange shiny patch had appeared on his belly, making him feel much larger than usual...
He looked pregnant, he thought as he looked in the mirror.
Wondering if he should call the doctor, or head to the emergency room, he reached for the door as his enlarged blobby hands meerly squeaked against the doorknob! To his surprise the patch was growing up and around his abdomen and chest. As he touched his belly the patch had spread to his fingers, or mitten hand as it now appeared. He foolishly touched his nose with his hand as he suddenly felt his nostrils seal over, blinking in shock as he tumbled forwards, his toes now meshing together as they squeaked making him loose his balance.
He fell on his squishy knees, but as his hands touched the floor expecting a crack or pain, he simply bounced back up again. His tongue sticking out unvoluntarily as it stretched into a balloon knot waggling infront of his eyes. He felt gagged. Muffled moaning as he began to squeak from within, air filling his cavity inside as his whole body lost its furry features and detailed parts, becoming glossy rubber filled with pressurised air.
His eyes were forced onto either side of his ballooning head as his ears balled up, soon his body was tussled and tied up tight, barely able to wiggle as he felt himself rising slowly off the ground. His legs and arms sealed against each other, he could only squeak and wobble as the final signs of his original doggy form vanished, leaving a cute shiny balloon behind.
Squeaking he managed to pull himself through the air infront of a mirror, there he saw a little balloon doggy painted like himself staring back with its big painted on eyes and frozen facial features. He should have been shocked, upset, but instead he giggled. The air was filling his head for the final time as he wiggled his poodle tail, fully inflated and floating without a care in the world, he idly brushed against the ceiling waiting for somebody to find him.

I did a squeaky-twist one several years ago on deviantart waaaaay back in my gallery! Considering it would take 8 or more frames to portray, I defaulted to the simple slurp-coating of TF's. Maybe imagine his joints are re-twisting themselves into position here too, as thats what I always imagined
