B is most of the time rarley seen in public places, the electonics around seem to get fried whenever hes around them. He has the powers over Black electricity/ lightning for powers and for his wings enabling him to fly. B lives with little or no electronics around him beleiving he might cause a blackout in the city with his powers if left unchecked.
