They're miliking their old properties for all their worth, and their new shit... Evil BOng? Really? How the fuck could anyone fail to make a movie called "Evil Bong" that funny? DOn't even get me started on the complete failure Doll Graveyard was.

Yeah, it's called kangaroo press or some shit like that. All of the reissues of their more famous properties like Puppet Master or Subspecies are made by the company, you can check by the orange & white logo usually near the bottom right corner of any boxset. It's never been confirmed but it's more than convenient to just assume this random Australian company produces DVDs of movies that are still technically Paramount Pictures property (or perhaps the property of the directors' after the many reincarnations of Full Moon going bankrupt). It's complicated legal stuff, but basically they can get away with it because it's international, despite the DVDs being region-free (and shit poor quality). It also explains why band still keeps "finding" PM and other boxsets and puts them up for sale, despite their supposedly limited run.

I used to be a part of a FM fan forum that talked all the time about this shit. Full Moon Underground, I think? If I find a link I'll post it, but it's been a while.
