This is my character submission for shadowmyst's Furr E. University thing:

This is a sketchie of her, and if time permits I will post an "inked" and colored version of her. I know that this pic was done on white-lined paper, but when inspiration strikes, I draw with what I got.
Physical Description:
Name: Zephrami Zerih (Zef rah me - Zer ee)
Species: Tiger
Height: 6'0''
Weight: Usually around 170lbs
Fur Color: Blue / White
Hair and Stripes: Navy Blue
Eye Color: Green
She wouldn't let me measure her chest :P
She is most definitely a student at Furr E. University. A freshman in fact.
Biography (WARNING LONG - Skip to next section if you don't have time):
Zephrami Zerih was the fourth child of the Zerih tiger family. Born roughly a year and a half after a pair of twins, she was a very quiet, soothing child. Her mother noted that when she cried, she stopped as soon as her eyes met her mother's. It was a shame that none of the Zerih siblings have any information about their fathers, but Zephrami lived her childhood happily without one.
Her elementary school years were pleasant. She made plenty of friends, though some were not the right group of kids to play with. She was a little bit of a tease, but her cute eyes and giddy smile made most of the other children see an innocence in her nature.
Middle school changed everything. She saw boys begin to look at other girls; her friends began to do various things to their bodies that she detested. At the age of 15, several of the girls had gone through the preliminary stages of puberty, and yet, she hadn't changed at all. Maybe a little rounder hips, but nothing else. Once she got into high school, she hadn't developed any more, and she grew outcasted from her peers.
It was then that she should have gotten used to her shape and hopefully go through puberty late...but she was never one to wait. She sneaked into her brother's work, a fertility testing facility, and took three bottles of pills home. She downed a whole bottle in frustration, waiting...and changes still did not come fast enough.
On the night of her 17th birthday, she woke up with what many see now. She blossomed from her flatboard chest to rather enlarged mammaries overnight...and not only that, she grew three more sets as well...AND they lactated! This was very peculiar...but she dared not tell her brother what happened. She only said, "Late Bloomer, I guess."
It was the summer before she was to go to Furr E. University. She chose it because its dorms were comfortable and since there were such generous funds brought her way, she gladly accepted. This was when a diagnosis finally was brought to her attention. Her odd fertility quickly grabbed her a job at Tibi Fertility Inc, where she works to this day.
What does she plan to do in FEU? Well, make new friends, for one, and play with a few of the cute looking guys around...ooo...and herms, too. She had a wonderful fascination with being with one. Priss Sabre caught her eye a few times, and she wondered if shi would mind a little snuggle from a tigress once in a while.

Fertility:
Zephrami's breasts are filled with milk that enhance both a male's virility by a factor of 3 and a female's fertility by a factor of 2. Tests show that in the time it takes one to drink from all her breasts, their fertility would be upped by a hefty 9 times the original fertility. She takes some pills to reduce lactation, but she can't stop it once she gets overly sexual.
Those that have had dates with her can also testify that she loves to slide in fertility pills into their drinks. Males have woken up with very interesting changes in their nether regions, and females have even woken up with another pair of breasts, along with the burning need to mate. It is easy to see she still teases, even in FEU.
