just something I've done, basically how my knowledge of color,blending, form, and shadows has evolved in the past years. I think my big improvement recently has been using adding yellows and blue/purples to colors for highlighting and shading respectively as well as paying more attention to where shadows are cast and the fact that the soften as the move away from their source
