This page is mostly me dotting the i's and crossing the t's, as we reach the end of the chapter.
The first and second panels are based on photographs I'd taken back in the late spring and early autumn when I was still living in Dorset. I thought of leaving the middle panel blank but it looked odd in the end, so I added in meanwhile to denote a rapid scene change. Bit old-fashioned, I know. But there you go.

That will be clarified in the next chapter if I decide to go ahead with it - the finer details of what Fauxjima's been doing all this time, how she was found and then trapped felt jarring in tone and almost exhaustive in the Hardinian sense when compared and put together with the rest of this chapter's events. So presently, I felt that confirming the locations of the Howlers and the Kilhdraghens and what they're doing right now drew this chapter more to a close for the time being - I was aiming to have things wrapped up by Part 50.
But thank you for the reminder to not overlook the possibility of Fauxjima digging her way out elsewhere.

I understand where you're coming from - there was a time in my early childhood when we had a rabbit and a fox had trapped itself between the wire fence and shed of our back garden trying to get to the hutch; I've not forgotten the fight it put up with the RSPCA man we called to take it to the vet (it had hurt its back leg) and I remember crying a lot because I thought they were going to strangle it. Needless to say, the memory of that came through when writing Starting Something Else, so please do not worry - feral Fauxjima isn't going to be a cuddly toy, so to speak.
What I was wondering is who is that by reading the information below, says that "there" is Fauxjima after "Starting Something Else"? Since the information that says there says "also" that the wolf (or dog or whatever), do not let it go and left me another question like this: Where the wolf or dog, does not miss a Fauxjima? . Regards
