Rebecca is a raccoon and the newest officer of the police force and was assigned to the campus Kimi and Kibbles go to. Kimi watched her break up a fight between two large males. Kimi was so impressed by Rebecca that she ended up drawing her and day dreaming about the Raccoon's adventures. Rebecca is 23 and on the shorter side, she is very athletic and tough.
