In the middle of the quadrangle, there was this bizarre statue/sculpture. From a distance, I thought it was a fountain, but up close, it was just sitting on the pedestal. Somewhat amazing that it's still there; it seems very delicately poised. I wonder if it was a school project some years ago. On the ground, the inscription reads "While Speak Time Flies."
