Saran Czar, a dougen in the Princess Ai universe. Nowhere near the level of combat readyness or magical apprehension of Alexa or her sisters. Saran works with human-dougen relations. She's quiet, collected, takes notes, is secretary and greeter when their are guests to the government building she works. She loves sweets, and all types of food.
The animals on her wing's 'knuckles' are sea turtles. Their names are Kanta and Baila, song and dance. She enjoys alot of different clothes and is usually very level headed.
Currently, i was just drawing her, doodling. When I got into this delicious flame war, which is now deleted. This drawing took me all of forty minutes, and was just going to be a girl being happy. It elevated when I won said flame war. I. Won. Without cussing or threats. And Saran is showing the world a W with her hands.
