Well the holidays just seem alot brighter with homemade pecan pie :) I thoght I dabble and bake my own sence I have 3 pecan trees in my frount yard. Harvested cracked and cleaned them, was fun becuse it was something me and my mate did together. Took one of my Grandmothers very old resipes to make it and I cant wait to eat it tomarrow.
