his name is “Rip-off Robert” a dragon wolf thing. hes blind in his left eye due a incident that happened.

no one knows his real name. he lives in the streets,likes to find things in the dumpsters hence why he smells so bad and has flies and fleas following him around all time. not that he cares =3 he got his nickname cause he rips people off the streets, he sells products (he steals stuff from trucks) and promise to give the items to people but he actually just swindles off their money C: he was shot in the wings during a gang shot out.

he wont give your monies back cause asshole spends all of it Cx and he keeps the stolen goods for himself and hide them in his dumpster lol

Personality wise hes a asshole,jerk,self centered, and doesnt like to listen to your problems when you demand your money to him lol :P
