This actually gave me some ideas to accessorize my fursuit so that I'm not just ANOTHER fox. I'm not just ANY fox! I'm not even a TYPICAL fox! I break stereotypes and I've tried to make a name for myself, but at a furcon, I'm practically invisible in 'suit...which is handy for the fursuit games, but I want to stand out among dozens of other fox 'suits.
For some reason, this badge makes me think of a pilot, which I'd had a long-time love for jets and planes. I normally wear my brown goggles, but I do have black goggles, and I have a jacket that kinda looks like the one in the picture, gray hood and all.
I discovered ToonFX on Saturday (17/11/2012) and before looking at any of the other artists in the room, I commissioned him for this. I love his style, and I think anyone who likes this badge should definitely add him to your watch list.
I wanted to scan this in, but my scanner decided that it's never going to work again. It's an all-in-one and will only show E05, which I believe is cartridge read error, but all I want to do is scan! So, I tried a few different photo programs to clean up a pic I took with my phone to somewhat resemble the original art. It's a bit darker than the source material, but it at least looks clean.
