Oh wow, I was sure that was me for a second, then I realized I never went to MFF. http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6703691/
I don't have a fan in my head, no, because I did it balaclava-style so it's pretty much skin-tight...the beak would really be the only place for one but I'm not sure how much good it would do. I think most people who have fans in their heads have much bigger heads that are either plastic mesh or carved foam so there is room within the head. I'm not sure though!
