The ever-vigilant teenage heroes Animata and Comic Girl are out on patrol, searching for any crimes to stop. Being amateurs at this business, they've just gotten to their very first rooftop. There's just no visible background because that's expensive when the artist is very detail-oriented.
To briefly explain these two, Animata (in the black bodysuit with the letter A on her chest and the white shorts) is a fennec fox metabeing with cartoon physics as her superpower. Her sidekick Comic Girl is more like Robin with a touch of superhero genre savvy.
