That's a nice coloring style you have got there. Also the expression is cute; the tongue adds a lot to it. It looks completely right as for proportions goes, and in fact everything else is perfect too. Can't make a very constructive critique here, you leave me with nothing bad to point at. =P

Well, write it down or something. o..o I dunno. It's good to try different coloring styles, but usually you should just stay with one and improve it.
