I may have giving you a bad reference image but her lips are black like that anyway so no worries

the one with the red lips, was the scary one, it was disturbing, so i used the one that was in a flying position

yeah I thought so, you did the right thing, there was a story behind the red lips but I won't go into that detail unless you want it cause you did a good job

Well she was a regular pegasus until she met her master Ryu, who became his traveling companion and friend, after he was injured in a fight the pony took care of him. She drank some of his blood attempting to clean one of his wounds and that pure dragon blood fused with her own sparking the change into an anthromorph. Since then Ryu has taught her everything that has to do with being a walking talking being, teaching her how to read, write and even defend herself. A side effect of that transformation was magical abilities which she is learning to control.

That was the blood that sparked the transformation, that image showed the initial act that caused her to morph like that, so hence the bloody lips

oh, that makes a lot more sense, and doesnt make it as creepy
