Vultures have much longer beaks / faces. I'd say it was some breed of hawk.

I loled at first at his expression (not like making fun of but because of the epic awesome animated look on his face)

I love it! :D I can't wait to see how he turns out! I'm getting more and more interested in the feathered friends as I see more :)
