Just something simple I cooked up while having an art-jam of sorts after dinner. One o' my local pals and I got together after having some supper, and started doodling. I borrowed some of his supplies, and everything turned out alright. This was drawn on card-stock for a change, which turned out to make the inking work a little better. There was the odd mistake I had to digitally correct, but it was all good. My only real complaint was that I didn't start the image as far to one side as I would have liked, so ran out of space for the tail. Still, you get the gist of it. ^^ Other than that, its just a simple "from the side" static pose.
But, 'tis Latex Rex out of hiding yet again! Everyone seems to enjoy having the big squeaky reptile around, so I figured it was high time to doodle him up again. I also had fun with shading on a blank background, which I figure worked out rather well. There's also bubbles... 'cuz I can. ^^ And because they're fun.
So... yeah! Enjoy the giant latex dinosaur.

heh, Latex scallies are interesting, even though I prefer them to have a realistic muscle-mass to snuggle up against... and, you know, organic organs and such...

Not bad, but I think you sort of missed the point of something I kept bouncing off your head about how you could make opening up the pose a lot easier on yourself...maybe it's easier to do things if...or, darn, I'll probably have to draw this to make things a bit clearer.
It's not the eyes , which, although closed, I think you finally got the proportions for correct.
Maybe think about the way that Varus draws Squeaky Greatfang...and you'll find both paper fit and posing/angles to be a tad easier. I'll have to draw this for you at some point, or take commissions, it's not *particularly* expensive for me to do once I get through my backlog of stuff for Tatianna and maybe Tamika...I'm not supposed to dispense hints to you, but I can't override the altruism circuits at 0615.
