My wife and I bought this David Lanz album when it first came out. He would be proud of your improvisation. I just sat there, staring at the screen motionless, and listening, like that German officer in the movie “The Pianist” did.

Very nice. Cristofori's Dream is so melancholy. I read The Little Match Girl to it. Not only did it fit the song almost like a glove, but it made the story every sadder.

While listening to this piece, I had this image of a very old person sitting on their porch in a rocking chair.
Their entire life unfolding before them. And at the end, Death extending their hand, "It is time."
