my little brother gave me the silver heart pendant for my birthday. it says "Big Sis" on it. he bought me the purple and silver heart charm at the Johnny Appleseed fair last month. it cost him $10 because it's a resin-casted charm. the chain that it came with corroded, so i made a beaded necklace to put it on, because i could not bear to go without the two charms. they mean so much to me because they came from my little brother...yes i used to hate to be around him when i was a kid, but i've grown to love him...and even though i picked on him and hurt him so much when we were younger, he still loves me with all his heart to this day. and that is why he gave me these two charms, and that is why i will never get rid of them. i will keep making the necklace over and over again every time it breaks, so i will always have him close to my heart.
