So I've made a handful of Wardens in the time since I got Dragon Age: Origins, but I think my latest creation is my favorite. c: Decided to flesh her out into a real character! :D
She's of the Dalish Elf origin, of course, and specializes in the Ranger and Assassin categories. Her preferred weapon is the longbow but she's pretty handy with dual daggers when she needs to get in close. Not at all talented with swords, though.
I played her very snarky and a wee bit cut-throat at times, but she's fairly cheerful and likes to joke around. She romanced a hardened (teehee) Alistair, but people who played the game before probably already knew that because conspicuous rose. She has little patience for stupidity and less for racism, although she's not without her share of prejudices (especially towards humans).
Being Dalish, she's got a fair share of that notorious sense of superiority so prevalent in the clans. She was good friends with Merrill before she contracted the Taint, and I like to believe she still keeps in touch with her throughout Dragon Age II. I'm still unsure about the nature of her end-game relationship with Alistair, though - I don't know whether to make him King of Ferelden or have him remain with the Grey Wardens, even though I've played both options. The romantic in me is leaning towards the latter so that they can stay close, but I'll probably wait until Inquisition comes out to make the Final Decision.
She made the following choices:
- Sided with Caridin and destroyed the Anvil of the Void
- Made Harrowmont King of Orzammar
- Spared Zevran's life (also had a short-lived, casual flirtationship with him but never actually joined him in his tent)
- Sided with the mages and First Enchanter Irving
- Saved Connor and Isolde Eamon
- Broke the curse on the Werewolves and recruited the Dalish elves
- Recruited Shale and completed her personal quest (same with all companions)
- Killed Flemeth to get her real grimoire.
- Preserved the Urn of Sacred Ashes, but killed Brother Genitivi to keep it secret
- Persuaded Vaughan to give her the key to his money and then left him to rot in his cell
- Killed Loghain at the Landsmeet (no matter who ended up on the throne)
- Accepted Morrigan's deal
- Asked the King/Queen to give land to the Dalish and elected to stay with the Grey Wardens

I never did finish Origins. I started about four different characters, but the game takes so longggg, and I didn't have the time (at the time lol) to invest a great many hours in it. I think I've made it all the way to Orzammar once. But she is lovely all the same! C: I hope to see more of her.
You mentioning Redcliffe (via Connor and Isolde) though makes me think of Jowan. ;A; His story arc kills me.
