this is a charming image Sir Alphonse. I especially like the way the kindly Noble Woman seems to enjoy bestowing the honors upon the Good Vulpine's shoulder.

Thank you! She made almost the entire outfit I am wearing, the only things she did not make was the boots and gloves, she also made her own outfit too, people love to see us at the renfaires.

Oh that is wonderful having a talented seamstress as a friend. This image kind of reminds me of when I was a "Fursuit Helper" for Ed and Kishma Danielle when we went to the California Ren Faire back in 1994 or then-about. Kishma wore her "Vixen" outfit while Ed donned his "Eeon" morph Shetland Pony outfit. Ed told me the story that on an earlier visit to the faire while in costume that some Japanese tourists thought he was a "Wood Spirit" and after a lively discussion through an interpreter, the couple bowed to Ed in respect. One of the more fun aspects of mixing "Furry" costuming and the Ren Faire scene I suppose. But why not? Stories of that time were filled with enchanted and talking animals, so it must make the scene all the more "Magical."

When people at the Texas Renaissance Faire ask me what I am suppose to be, I tell them I am a fox from the Redwall series, some do know that book series, others I tell that I am the Disney Robin Hood and it works also. Because the mouth opens just a little, I can "smile" for the cameras, and almost always get a reaction from the photographer.

Wonderful. That's what "Fursuiting" is all about. I'll bet the little ones love the Disney "Robin Hood" angle. Then again, some of those who were children when the Animated Robin Hood came out are more than likely raising families of their own by now.
