Hm, not bad, it sounds good. Couldn't really hear the fast part, so it's good! but being a bassist myself, I like to be able to hear the bass track, which I can don't get me wrong lol I like to hear a little more of the bass's mid-range, and to be more specific, the growl around the 600 Hz range lol gives a little more aggressive feel to it, which I personally like, but other than that, sounds good even without my personal taste lol good job!

And the "too fast part" is more or less right at the 5 minute mark. Just by a little bit. Should be more the tempo of the riff after.

I see what you're saying about the fast part. It's not really noticeable unless you're specifically looking for it, but I get what you're saying.

Would this be math rock?

Nah. Maybe there is elements of it but it's just metal a little on the progressive side. This is mostly in standard 4/4 timing.

And I always sucked at math!
