Now....This is what Isa SHOULD look like.
Isa's backstory is that he is Russian. He was once part of the Spetsnaz in the Russian Military. He also shares his name with a very popular Russian Sniper Rifle, Dragunov.
Later on, he came to America. His accent is still very strong spite being in the US for some time.
