A few months ago, Asurea's best friend called me about a project his church was doing and wondered if I was interested in helping them...for pay. They were doing something with the Chinese New Year and wanted dragons. The only problem was I hadn't done an Oriental style dragon in ages and the last few weren't worth showing. So I made this little guy. Unfortunately I haven't heard much about the project, though the planners did like what they saw.

The figure is wire core with fabric skin. The horns, tail and claws are wire. The ornament on the back is beads on wire, the facial ornament is a pearl.
