and here we have Shawna in the clothes she wears when she's not only expecting trouble, but looking for it.
the suit is from the mystic realm of Jade and is made of a sturdy and stretchy material that despite how it may look, doesn't bind the wearer at all when they suddenly put on a foot of height and a hundred pounds of muscle...and grow tails, and any of the other things that happen when the assorted were-clans shift between forms.
the satchel (same one from her normal clothing pic) is actually a bag of holding so if she can fit it through the opening, she can fit everything for a fairly well equipped campsite in there without the need for a huge hikers backpack.
which is a good thing, as her pack has a much more dangerous cargo in it.
the wabbit trio Tuner (green), Frostbite, more commonly shortened to Frost (blue), and Jolt (yellow), were there when Shawna was first changed into a Were, and have been with her ever since, helping with scouting, guard duty, and teaching her to "fight like a Wabbit". Thanks to that, the four have become a very dangerous team, with Shawna giving the general orders, while the trio do there best to follow her rules. Difficult when all their instincts tell them there is easy prey all around them, but the boss lady tells them to leave them be or she'll eat THEM.
even tuner with that double barreled spike launcher of his doesn't want her that mad at him, so they behave, for the most part.
however they do have a bit of a prank war going with her housemates little robots....
Shawna is a fan character created to fit into the Gold Digger Universe that is still being created on a monthly basis by Fred Perry http://www.furaffinity.net/user/fredgdperry/
the artwork was done by the talented Viridian Butterfly http://www.furaffinity.net/user/viridianbutterfly/

Ninja. I'm really liking the Jade outfit. And mind if I commission that Shawna vs Mo(WereRat) by

Not really basic. Little buggers are vicious and smarter than the average beasty. Take the tail off and you've got yourself a Wounding Edge weapon that still carries the 'hurt anything that bleeds and make eve shallow wounds bleed profusely' enchantments... but don't even try to use it on the wabbit you took it from, it'll just ghost through it. Plus the alphas have a few bigger advantages. Genius level intellect, command over other wabbits, resistance to magic, and a bite that'll turn others into wabbits.
And if you think you're safe at range, you're wrong. The ones with spiked tails can launch those spikes, and they carry the same enchantments.
A single wabbit is dangerous, but nothing an experienced adventurer can't deal with. A small group can give a seasoned adventurer trouble. A wabbit swarm? Most adventurers will turn tail and run lest they be slaughtered by the group tactics. And don't mistake it for simple zerg rushing. They'll use tactics.

Naturally hostile. They view everything else as food.
In the Northern Edge webcomic, the only canon appearance of wabbits if one doesn't count Sil's recent appearance as a sort of were-wabbit (but not the same kind as Shawna here), they only got away because Sil and Sahl showed up and embarrassed the Alpha the first time (with Sil disarming him), and the second time a number of circumstances led to Sheila freezing the majority of the pack until they went to sleep and never woke up. 'Max,' the Alpha wabbit featured, though, got away. Which necessitated Sil staying with the Northern Edge-Guard where Raphiel's beast master talents could keep her from falling under Max's sway. Because an Alpha wabbit's ability to control other wabbits extends across the entire realm. It was never really specified whether Max was the only Alpha in canon, or if he was just one of a few.
Shawna, among other things, is an Alpha wabbit, and as such, can influence other wabbits or even turn people into wabbits by biting them, though she also keeps standard lycanthropic affliction. So she can turn someone into a were-wabbit or a normal wabbit. I forget whether she had the full 'true sigil' bonuses of a proper Alpha, though, but her properties as a lycanthrope probably overwrote the elemental resistance.

They've only done that sort of thing, canonically, because the 'big and nasty' (in that case, an Abyssalisk, a critter even fully grown dragons would rather run away from than fight) was going to potentially kill someone their Alpha wanted revenge on.
They probably wouldn't bother with 'big and nasty' unless there was no other food around. And in the situation you're suggesting, you're the food. They just need to kill you and get some spike launchers to bleed what was chasing you enough that it turns tail.
