Yes his cute tail markings will return! I have put such tiny details into the gauntlet and jewels that likely won't be as visible in the final piece but it was sooo worth the hand-cramp!
I have work tomorrow so I may not be able to finish this tonight but here's what I have so far! BTW I have never done mechanical design or had much practice with coloring inorganics such as refined metals and jewels so I hope it looks alright! Still not sure what colors the rest of the gauntlet is going to be and there will likely be about a 1000 revisions to it before I'm satisfied with a final design. So let's say this is all concept and good practice!
