Those of you in the know will likely spot the two ladies in the foreground to be  maxblackrabbit 's characters Sweetcheeks (dwarf) and Puddingpop (here supposedly a halfling rather than a WOW gnome, but still a rogue). They're joined by a Hermetic Mage and a Nicila warrior with some disagreement as to the direction through the mountains, which is why it's always good to have a guide (hence the book which gives a guide to the continent and setting).

It took a long time to do the colors on this one and Max pointed me to several tutorials on rocks and vegetation on Deviant and another artist there had a nifty walk through on coloring armor.
