I don't know, I thought it would be cute to try hair out like this.
no this is not "real life" hair, just something I thought would be fun
to draw. Saw some gay girls tonight at the store, I like butch but
these poor gals were a bit too butch even for me, no boobs, rather
large girls and one of them had biceps... however, I really loved their hair,
it was really cute I have to admit.
sorry, not trying to pick on anyone because of appearance (FAR FROM IT), I know folks have a hard time with self image and that is not what I"m talking about, it's characteristics that really make up the appeal of individuals...So I guess this is my point, through all of the parts of these gals that I didn't find visually appealing something about them still kept me looking in their direction, I'll always be attracted even when not attracted, lol.

why is it so hard to get favs, I mean it may seem like
I have a lot but... this is my 689th submission...I keep
trying different formats or styles to really see whats easy
or what seems to be attractive, or maybe it's just my interest
that doesn't click well with others (this I can understand) but
mostly those are the images that get the high favs, its the images
I really take time on or really put thought into that really don't
get a lot of lookers... I mean why is that...

Art is in the eye of the beholder i guess. Not many out there I guess appreciate or notice what effort an artist will put into a picture over another easily. And you are on sites like here IB and SoFurry that mostly cater to the porn or fetish lookers. A shame since the nice quality pieces tend to get overlooked or under-appreciated.

I suppose the reason I have such an "inverted" perspective on this is because, even as a small
child at about 8-9 years old, I began having sexual fetishes with cartoon characters, and throughout
my life I was really embarrassed of this kind of thing, so as I grew up this naturally grew with me
and to hold in this very private and scared form of being finally as an adult I felt allowed to release
it and it comes out looking more artistic then pornographic which is really fun but it's something
that really doesn't get received when viewed especially in ways that I can present it.
and yes I'm catering to those bottled emotions that never had a proper chance to release
but it's still a true emotion that seems to be harshly exploited rather then explored.

I find your art interesting but I like your insight better. I'm not a visual person I like the articulation of words. I've been trying to get better at writing but I find myself slipping back into the same ruts. When I read some of the comments you have about your art I feel you are truly at one with it and not in it for the glory of it like some artists.
I usually fav art I like, but I don't like to fav too many things in the same day, because it becomes pointless.
Some times I get a fav from someone and when I go check his profile I see he faved 20 other pieces in the last minute. That means, that person just clicked fav on everything and didn't even stay a minute looking at the art.
Maybe is silliness of my part. But I feel if I fav everything, I'm disrespecting all the artists, because the fav becomes just a cheap click.

what you just said is total clarity for me, and the reason that is, is because
I do this exact same thing. thought I love watching artists and seeing whats new
you feel as though you would appreciate them more only faving what you really like
as an individual piece.
so your right in that respect, and seeing the whole "fav" thing in that perspective
does make me feel a bit better.

For myself, if I like an artist and their work, I just bookmark it and come back. Here though, I can see your work when it hits my feed, then I can download it into a folder I have under Art/Futanari/Furry/Neokat. I tend not to fav everything I like because then I feel like the artist would just say, "Geez, you know you can just come back anytime".

I've been hearing this a bit lately and I really should start
taking that kind of information for granted.
I realize now that it's all about doing the work and enjoying the moment
while working, and the only thing I should expect from any of my projects is
"how do I feel about this particular piece" and I think that's the way I'm
gonna start trying to view my works, not for everyone else but for me....
I have a lot of other ideas I want to do that I haven't even really gotten
to touch on yet, things are going but just a bit slow, but thanks for
mentioning this, this really helped me out today.

I don't think enough people have been exposed to your work. Call it my bias, but you have a fairly unique style and draw herms with formidable tools; the subject-matter is great and so is the artistry behind it. I mean, we could all improve, but I don't think it's a style issue.

If I could suggest anything, it'd be trying to appeal to more kinks. You've got some pants/shorts bulges, which are always a solid choice (lol), but I've noticed you don't have many butts in da gallery. From what I can tell it looks like you'd be good at drawing them, and they do garner a lot of interest. Aftersex is a lovely theme, and so are aphrodisiacs, I'm-about-to-explode effects, waiting-for-you effects (people seem to love PoV; one of my most favorited images is a herm husky looking at the viewer with a raging erection and a determined look in her eyes), and sleeping/just-waking-up scenes, to name a few.
