One of several anthro-bugs because I love bugs and am a giant dork.
Fuyuki's a domestic silkmoth (Bombyx mori) farmer. He was once used as a 'fertilizer' for female silk moths, so that they could lay more eggs for the unrelenting silk trade. Once he was too weak to mate successfully, he was discarded and thrown into a nearby river. Miraculously he didn't drown and was found by an old tasar silkmoth in a small farming village. She took him in and nursed him back to health, and he has remained there since, living happily in quiet obscurity.
