The latest addition to my 'notable reptilians of popular culture' collection, this time the 'classic' lizard from Spiderman comics, debuted at a Make a Wish charity event held last weekend. It features glass taxidermy eyes, and a moveable tongue. The Digitigrade feet stilts make him over seven feet tall, and shoulders are beefed up with foam covered football shoulder pads. Not seen well here, the tail is over six feet long. The reptile skin is a complete costume and can be worn without lab coat and pants, as in the new Spiderman movie.
