I can see what you're going for with those piercing eyes and the nose, though the top right seems way bulbier (Not even a word, I'm sure) then the one below. Though the Bottom right I generally love to bits. Fan of the sketchy look so I really love the way you've done the eyes.

I prefer the bottom right one, just seems more structured without losing it's bulb-ness. The other just seems weirdly flat, like you've been hit in the face with a frying pan. Unpleasant.

I always thought RPing the characters is the best situation, allows you to create a good image if you so desire to draw it. Again I'd help but I just don't have the character.
