Sounds like they should be a happy lot. :)

I am going to wait till hunting season closes and the closeouts start. I think I will get a deer feeder/licks and put it in the forest where the horses cant get to it. I already feed horses, cats, the birds and at times leave things out for the furry woodland creatures. Why not a deer feeder too? I just dont want them to be TOO comfortable around people as most around here would shoot them. Ran off some potential poachers again today.

I have got to find a way to control the coyotes. From what I can tell they have already brought down 2 smaller deer by my pond. They appear to have been mauled. Couldnt find any bullet holes.

And they weren't well eaten? Maybe cause there dear. The bunnies around here when coyotes get them don't leave much mess. Mostly I don't interfere in natural order of predators eating there prey.

I usually dont either but I fear the packs have gotten out of control.

Odd around here at least I think they don't expand to much if at all. nothing yo keep them in check?

Only people I guess. They seem quite elusive. I have seen one crossing the road yet their call is damn near deafining at night.

At westworld there chatter can go on for hours some times. yipping and howling. I think its cool they are doing so well in the city. Only see them rarely though and never more then one as yet.
