Never admit you screwed up a sword. Instead, say it's a "magical rare sword of (insert some gibberish name here)". Everyone will love it!

Excellent picture!
The sword, arm-bands, and ear-ring say "Pirate", the leather gloves and the loincloth say barBEARian warrior, I say why not both? (that sword is actually a real type sword periodically used on the open seas, it was used to catch lines and whatnot that had been flung out of reach while out on the rigging. the curve at the top was dull.)
The size, structure, and stance are all spot on, very nice!

Buldges in all the right places.

Tame until he takes that sword and rends someone into small, meaty pieces. He looks mean.. the slitted eyes, the half-sneer, the scars, they all scream "dear god, large animal man is going to make me into his food". But only after skewering things in highly unpleasant ways. Love it.
