I'm just gonna throw this out there but all Hamster's bite, take it from someone who's bred hamsters. They're not really uppy animals. But think about it this way, you wouldn't want a great giant hand scooping you up out of your home. So she'll probably bite too you just have to be patient and work with her.

As for the tube thing. She's scared. Haha she just came from one cage and now she's suddenly dumped into a another cage in a whole new home with new people and new smells. Just like a puppy she needs time to relax.

Also for names? If it's a girl, it looks like an Alessa.

Well I understand about the biting but she kept making me bleed >.< the lady who gave it to us says if she continued to make us bleed to give her back, that and when I called and asked about how much she was making me bleed they told me i had to give her back ;-; I was depressed. And I am trying to work with him

Yessir. She'll probably come one when you're sleeping and sniff around and stuff. Night owls. However; she feels safe in the tube and I bet she's gonna sleep in there whenever she wants to nap.

Okay that makes sense. So leave her alone and just feed her and water her til she is used to it.

The people who gave us this one says that they wanted me to pick her up at least once a day but at this point I cant even get her.

Dose eyes~! AWwwwe, I would name her after something about her eyes, like Peepers, or Sparkle, or something. I'm lame at names XD. I have a parrot named Baby, and a dog named Loki, and I used to have a pet lobstar named.... Butters. LOL.
