Th characters in the scene are (from left to right) Nish (by
ShadowFoxLizzie), Niiro Kitsune and Kurisutaru Fox (by
NiiroKitsune) and Tombtail (by
tombtail). Thanks for lending me your characters (I really like how the scene looks a lot more colourful than it would have if I had used only red foxes :)
I tried to put as much appearance of motion into this scene as possible: Nish getting ready to jump (the whole body including the tail forming an arc to gather enough tension for a high enough jump), Tombtail already standing on two legs (trying to reach the butterfly with an outstretched paw) and Kurisutaru having jumped on Niiro's back (who was getting ready to jump himself) for a better vantage point.
Finally, the reason why I categorized this picture as digital art is that I digitally removed the pin holding up the butterfly^^

This looks great! I honestly thought the butterfly was floating until I finished reading the description XD. And the poses are all very good, it's very colorful (much better than just red foxes, far more diverse), and it just works, you can see without reading exactly what they're doing. Job well done and thank you for including my character ^-^.
Thank you :D
After my last sad figurine I just wanted to create something happier and then I thought what better to express happiness than a couple of foxes (and a coyote^^) playing together :o)
I've also been thinking whether I should try some even more complicated postures, support them by pieces of wire and then digitally remove those :O
