i orderd this guy i waited 4 month to buy him. when i opend the box his leg didn't move. well i tried to move it and it broke and it turns out that some asshole at the factory PUT GLUE IN THE JOINT WHERE NO GLUE SHOUD BE! i paid $25 for him now im gonna have to buy a new one.

I've done that with HDD's that have failed before their 3 year warrenty, basically you return it to the manufacturer or company that you've gotten the product from for a replacement free of charge cept for just shipping fees

Depending on where you ordered him from, you should be able to contact them for a replacement or refund... All things considered.

They should let you, I mean that is totally wrong there and plus if they want to keep business good they would show that they can make up for their mistakes. I am sorry you had to wait all that time and everything and then this happens
