Going to give this a shot! I'm open for custom recolors on any of these designs. I will make you a Familiar bag in whatever colors you'd like, either based off of existing characters, or off of other prompts like "frost" or "forest colors." I have 6 massive bins of fleece in just about every color imaginable, and during this time of the year, can probably find anything else I need at my local stores, in the way of solid colors.
Please be aware - I am NOT changing, adding, or subtracting markings or other features to make these into specific characters. I also cannot do custom eye colors. I will do my best to stay in the spirit of your idea, though!
Bag is fully lined and turned, and has a 50" shoulder strap. It can be worn over your shoulder, or cross-body. Each familiar is the size of a small cat! The whole body is a pocket, and then there is a secret cell phone pocket between the paws on the chest of the familiar. I will line the bag with a nice matching cotton fabric. Eyes and noses use locking hardware, but these bags are not for young children.

I won't be able to do MFF pickup at this point (our plans have changed, but I am shipping out Moss and Midori's bags before con since I already promised them). Anything I make now will have to be shipped, but since I work with

They're both super tiny owls, so if you want to make it a smaller bag, that would be delightful. :) the markings on both owls are a little complex, would you be able to simplify them enough to make a bag while still making them look recognizable? If if it's not too complicated, I'd adore one.

I'm drawing up your owl bag concept today! I think the red screech owl would translate better, I have a perfect rusty red fleece and even have giant yellow/black round eyes. I'll reply to your comment with a link to the sketch once I've got it finished. In cases of complex markings like this, I just want to make sure that my "read" on them comes across with your idea preserved.
A question about the winged ones- Are the wings stitched to stay folded over the front like the sketches for the owl and bat, or will they flop to the side of the bag like the sketch for the raven? It would be cute (especially on the bat) if the wings could velcro to be closed, but also flop open if the owner wants. :)

I've been tacking the wings to the "knees" of the animals, to keep them partially wrapped, but able to be flapped open a bit for display. The next time I do a winged one, I'll look over the design and see if I can find a place to put velcro in a functional place. If I can get it to work, I'd love to offer that as an option for people. Cute idea!
I can do limited things to customize these to look like characters. They are extremely simple and don't have many pieces, so adding patterns/markings is tough working at such a small size. I'd be happy to draw a mockup of a bag based on your character, with a price quote if you'd like, all I'd need from you is a link to some reference.
