NB: the retired villain informing for Bea is Biggy Rat. Biggy is about as obscure as you get, and probably the sort of third rate bad guy you'd expect to find in a forgettable small town retirement home. The one notable thing about Biggy was that he talked like Edward G. Robinson, one of filmland's best known gangster actors from the 30's.
