There is actually some kind of story behind this, While doing some research for my Osprey character on Wikipedia, something caught my eye:

"There was a medieval belief that fish were so mesmerised by the Osprey that they turned belly-up in surrender."

So there is something about the Osprey that makes fish give themselves to it? This sounds like prime Foot Fetish material right there, since the first (and probably last) thing a fish sees is the Osprey's feet... I can continue and say it might also see its beak,and even further on its stomach, but that is treading into Vore territory here.
