His name is Vince Voodoo. Black Magic extraordinaire. His primary fire arm is engineered to work off the rules of the 'war' cardgame. Shots of increasing card face falue stack damage exponentially, and regressing card values can either cause damage to fall substantially or even backfire. took about a week to finish this, mostly because of school papers, projects, work, etc.
