So I'm still having some issues.
I just want good tutorials, tutorials for people who are difficult at learning new things like myself.
You see I'm the type of person who learns from someone over my shoulder, usually videos and step-by-step instructions are useless to me, but if you know of any good ones please recommend them to me.
I just want to know how to make more effective line arts and ink them. Nothing fancy.

I dont have any tutorials, but as someone who has done art for a pretty longs time, you learn by practice ^^
a few tips:
~ start with a pretty large canvas and use either long/smooth, or short/fast strokes to make the lines, try to get it looking as smooth as possible, when you shrink the picture(after you complete it) it should look nice and smooth!
~ for coloring, make use of the select/deselect tools in Sai~ (if you want i can demonstrate sometime ;w; )
every artist has their own style of lining and coloring, the process of finding your own will take time and patience. but you can learn from others along the way X3
If you wish, you can keep in contact with me and when i stream next you can watch, i'll show you some basics(mostly Sai, possibly photoshop) to hopefully help :D
keep in mind im still on my own journey of finding my own style as well! haha

the way i do my lines is by taking a brush in sai and just making the strokes myself. I do know how to use the pen tool in Photoshop.
Annnddd.. the way i fill in color is amazing simple! i use the selection tool in Sai and select the areas where i need the color, grab the bucket tool and bam, instant, easy color :)
but i sometimes do color manually(with a bush) too, just depends on my mood lol

I can't really think of any good tutorials either. I know that
JustineFox have a shading tutorial that might be helpful, But I don't think she has one for neat lineart yet. I usually learn by looking at other people's artwork and watching streams. I'm still trying to master digital art myself XD. I always use the stabilizer tool in SAI and set it to the slowest line speed for my linework and I always do that on my Linework layer so it would come out cleaner because I'm a sloppy drawer, then I outline the inside of the linework with the color I'm using and use the bucket tool to fill it in with the same color. But anyway, that's how I do my linework and inking.
