The problem with that female Turian is that the comics were done by Dark Horse; they're known for taking (great [as in massive]) liberations with character design. I was really hoping that Bioware would go with their original intent (Garrus all but states that yes, females have fringes [ME2, 'reach and flexibility' conversation]), but...it seems that they will not. *sigh*
Your artwork is pure beauty.. I would definitely love to jump on your next commission bandwagon to see how you could craft my current 'sona pattern into a turian design! Even half tempting me to change my character into some sort of halfbreed, bioware did an exceptional job creating yet species concept!

Honestly? They don't really know what they're doing. The female turian isn't even their idea, it came from the darkhorse comic idea.
