Louss is a Creeper that doesn't stay with others of his kind. Creepers in End of the Block live in hives. Louss, unlike other Creepers, cannot explode. It's a disorder that effects a small portion of the Creeper population. Creepers that can't explode don't live with the hive because they're not viable mates for the Queen nor are they able to protect the Hive if it's invaded. Not being able to explode is a constant source of shame to Louss, despite the fact that it lengthens his lifespan considerably.
In general, he's a happy dude and enjoys hanging out in the jungle near Dex and Vik's place.
